1. Digital Product Refund Policy

Our products are digital software licenses (non-tangible digital content). Once a license key is activated, the product is generally not eligible for return or refund.

2. Free Trial Guarantee

All paid software products include a 30-day free trial . Trial functionality and limitations are described on each product's page. We strongly recommend thoroughly testing the product during the trial period to ensure it meets your needs before purchasing.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Duplicate purchases (same Redmine instance purchased more than once)
  • License key not delivered within 3 business days after payment
  • Critical product defects confirmed by our team as unfixable

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • License key has been activated and is functioning normally
  • Consumer's environment does not meet system requirements (clearly stated on product page)
  • Refund requested more than 30 days after purchase

5. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation.
