Better Agent Terminal Mobile Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Better Agent Terminal Mobile (the "App"), provided by TonyQ Co., Ltd. (拾果踏冰有限公司). The App is a mobile remote client for Better Agent Terminal Desktop and connects to the desktop Remote Server that you choose.

The App does not require an account, does not include ads, trackers, or third-party analytics, and does not sell or rent your personal data.

Connection settings: host address, port, TLS certificate fingerprint, connection mode, workspace context, and connection name that you enter manually or scan from a QR code. These are used to create and manage connections to your desktop server.

Authentication token: a token used to authenticate the mobile connection with your desktop server. It is stored in the device secure storage and used only for connection authentication.

Camera data: the App requests camera access only when you use Scan QR Code, and only to read connection QR codes generated by Better Agent Terminal Desktop. The App does not record video or upload camera frames to TonyQ servers.

Photos or image attachments: when you choose images from your device library and attach them to an Agent message, the App reads the selected images and sends them to the connected desktop Remote Server for that message. The App does not scan or upload photos you did not select.

Terminal and Agent content: terminal output, Agent messages, tool permission responses, file previews, Git status, and workspace information displayed or entered on mobile are exchanged over WebSocket with the desktop Remote Server you selected.

To establish, authenticate, and maintain your connection to Better Agent Terminal Desktop Remote Server.

To display remote workspaces, terminals, files, Git status, and Agent conversations.

To send messages, permission responses, or selected image attachments to the desktop server you chose.

To save local connection settings so you can reconnect later.

TonyQ does not operate a cloud backend that receives App traffic. The App's primary data transfer is directly between your mobile device and the Better Agent Terminal Desktop Remote Server you choose.

If your desktop app is configured to use Claude, OpenAI, GitHub, Git, terminal tools, or other third-party services, content you send from the App to the desktop server may then be sent by the desktop app to those services according to your desktop configuration and the third-party terms and privacy policies.

The App does not share your data for advertising, marketing, or data-sale purposes. If required by law, court order, or competent authority, TonyQ may process data it actually holds; in normal App usage, TonyQ does not hold your remote connection content.

Connection settings and tokens remain on your device until you delete the connection in the App, clear App data, or uninstall the App.

Image attachments are typically held in the App only while composing and sending the message. After sending, retention depends on your desktop app and any related Agent or third-party service configuration.

Because the App does not provide a TonyQ-hosted account, deletion of remote workspace data, Agent conversations, terminal output content, or third-party service data must be handled in your desktop app or the relevant third-party service.

The App supports WebSocket/TLS connections and certificate fingerprint verification for desktop connections, and stores authentication tokens in the device secure storage.

Only connect to desktop Remote Servers you trust, and protect your QR codes and tokens. Anyone with valid connection information may be able to connect to your desktop Remote Server.

The App is intended for software development and technical workflows. It is not designed for children, and TonyQ does not knowingly collect children's personal data.

You can delete saved connections in the App, clear App data on your device, or uninstall the App at any time.
